1. The Bonifacio Global City
It is an urban development in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Also known as the Bonifacio Global City, this business center is managed by the Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA). Originally known as Fort William McKinley, it was a 25.78 square kilometer.The Global City is now home to upscale residential condominiums, international schools, the most trendy restaurants, bars, clubs, and retail outlets,regional or national headquarters or big corporations, hotels and even hospitals.

2. Century City

Century City will be an entirely new urban experience set to redefine the Makati skyline.
It features the following
-- Hyper-Amenitized Residences
--state-of-the-art corporate complexes
--a private recreational club
-- a branded luxury hotel
--a sprawling shopping, dining, and entertainment lifestyle center
It's a complete community and it is something that we could all be proud of.
3. Eastwood City

I have mixed feeling about this place but I would say this self contained community is in itself a work of art. I see it everyday in my window from the 29th floor of Antel Global in Ortigas. I have doubts about it's expansion because of location. Then again Nuvo city will be located near it so I guess the place will be expanding soon, one way or another...............
4. THE CURRENCY
It will be located within the corner of Julia Vargas and Emerald Avenue in Ortigas Business District, it will be the first to offer both office and residential lofts and flats.
If I may add....I think the design is futuristic. I like it.
5. GA Sky Suites
It will be located in the corner of Edsa and Quezon Avenue. The building looks intelligent. I love the design. I am sure other similar developments will follow.
6. Nuvo City
Along C-5 in Bagong Bario in Libis Quezon City. It will be the envy or other mixed used residencial offices in the Philippines. I think the building design is very sleek and modern.

7. Manhattan Garden City
Of course Araneta Center in Cubao will not just be left behind because the Philippines' 1st-ever garden-inspired, transit-oriented community will soon to rise here.
