College Degree Programs Have No Age Restrictions

After 6 long years, I'm back in a place where I am very comfortable at----SCHOOL. Yes, twas opening day of classes last Saturday. Finally decided to take my Master's degree. Good thing I made it. And with my convincing powers, was able to drag my best friend Marvin to also pursue his education. ........

Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) is the place.

I admit, the school surprised me in more ways than one, especially the MAIN CAMPUS. Was not as I expected. Then again, I guess the quality of education in a school could not be judged only on the
surface. It's my school now you know. The 1st day was definitely fun. Sitting in benches under the trees and seeing those undergraduate students with all their optimism and energy makes me feel young again.
I miss my university days.

that's Marvin more excited than I am....lol

I definitely need a new perspective. Hope this experience could bring a little zest back in my life. Was always fun to go back.

Going back to school as an adult can be especially terrifying and it discourages many. If they have a career or children it can be impossible to take time off for a traditional education. However, with the progression of technology comes the increase in potential educational outlets. Graduate programs online are growing in popularity, all the while these schools are becoming more sophisticated and respected. Knowing the potential for personal growth and the need to compete, I went back to school.
