AVIDA SETTINGS: Nuvali Laguna

I am no broker or sales agent for Ayala land or Nuvali but we were invited here last year and had the chance to glimpse one of Nuvali's housing project___ AVIDA Settings.

We were allowed to enter one of the green houses they offer and I was really impressed by the design and functionality of it. The architecture enables air to flow in and out of the house making it cooler. The house is also light efficient so you could really save on energy.

And since I am also a fan of interior designs, I wanna share some of the photos I snapped last time. Makes me wanna decorate my house.....

One mor4e thing, forty-five percent of the property is dedicated to open space which includes bike trails, jogging path, exercise station, orchards, open fields, pocket parks, and common amenity areas.

The houses have modern designs and you can choose from various neighborhood patterns, including the exclusive green ribbon, which gives you instant access to a garden through your backyard. Traditional block and courtyard neighborhood patterns are also available.

How I wish I have spare money to start my own home interior design.hahaha
