ACE WATER SPA Pasig: back to where "my love for spa" started

I have a lot for Ace Water Spa to thank for.It has introduced the wonderful world of Spa lifestyle for me.Discovered the brand a few years ago via another blog.Although a little far from Pasig (where we used to live), we used to frequent Ace Water Spa Banaue. It was during one of our visits when I heard of their plan to open a branch in Pasig. In my mind,I said halleluiah!

A lot has changed. We eventually moved to Binangonan and the farther east meant we haven't been to Ace Water Spa Banawe for a couple of years.Have tried other spas and massage establishments since then.

Why is the Spa Culture important?

We in the Philippines normally don't have the 'Spa Culture' other countries have.New Zealand,Iceland,Japan,South Korea,China,Finland and many other countries have it.In the countries I mentioned, public baths, saunas and spas are very popular.Understandably because these countries have cold seasons. In a temperate country like the Philippines therefore, people seem to frown at 'hot pools' and saunas.

It takes an adult to understand the importance of these places. For busy professionals like us who sit hours or do heavy work, back pains and other health problems become a struggle.Even daily commutes could be stressful.this is when Spas and Saunas become a refuge for much needed stress-relief.

But as I said,I was not accustomed to public baths in the past. Please understand,I grew up in a remote town.Again, thank you Ace Water Spa,coz a few years ago,I took the courage to try your Banawe Branch and I have enjoyed public baths ever since.

Entrance Fees: (Valid for 4 hours)
Adults -
Php 550.00
Kids (4ft. and below) -
Php 250.00
Rentals: 100php (towel), 100php (swimwear).

Dress code at Ace Water Spa is strict.Has to be spandex. If you don't have one, they have something for rent at 100php a piece. You can also purchase from their store for 400php.I remember a few years ago their swimwear rental in Banawe branch was 150php,good thing they lowered it to 100php.

Locker rooms are separate for men and women.Individual lockers are provided so you don't have to worry if you walk in from a trip for example. The shower rooms are also located in the same area with the lockers at the 2nd floor. From there, you can descent to the pool area which is shared. This is one advantage for Ace Water Spa as you can bring the whole family with you.

There are 25 different water therapy stations which is controlled by buttons. You have the flexibility to control how long you stay in every station. Each therapy targets specific areas. There written signs in every station indicating the target areas and the desired length of stay. The whole pool is warm and there is also a lazy river around it.

There is also a section for Hot Pools,36,38 and 40degrees respectively. Each pool has different colors and scents. Very relaxing. There's dry and smoke sauna too!

To cool down, there is also a big lap pool where you can enjoy swimming.

And thank you again coz you took the brand closer to us in Eastern-Central Metro Manila.Yes,Ace Water Spa has branch at Kapitolyo Village Pasig.Halleluiah again!

Ace Water Spa introduced me to the wonderful world of spa a few years ago and although that first experience was not in Pasig Branch (but in Banawe Branch), trying Ace Water Spa again made me feel like coming back to familiar territory.I will surely be frequenting this place.
