Koreans are good in grammar but when they speak, they mess with it. English is a foreign language to them so its okay. I always thought Americans are not so good in grammar. It's fine, that's why everybody needs formal schooling, right? But if its the American President whose messing up with the syntax, that's a different story.

To be fair....he looks cute, I mean, he can get away with it.
